The recital times will be announced soon. We will hold the recitals at the new space. There will be four seperate recital groups on Saturday, June 16. The times will be 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. We plan to keep groups and siblings in the same time slots.

The annual CD project will be recorded over the next couple of weeks during lessons. The recordings will be ready for the recital. All students playing with an ensemble (drums & bass) have been sent a schedule for Saturday, June 2. Please check the schedule here and show up 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Congratulations to Ariel Pocock for winning the annual Downbeat Magazine award for the Junior High division. This is a real honor for Ariel. The Downbeat Award is probably the biggest competition for students around the country. Pick up the June edition at your local bookstore and see her name in print!

Congratulations to Spencer Davis for being cast in the Seattle Opera's production of La Boheme.  Spencer gets some serious coverage on the trailer. You can watch the trailer here.

Congratulations to Elliot Gray and Devon Yesberger for performing at Lincoln Center in New York during the Essentially Ellington festival. They each performed with the Edmonds Woodway jazz band. Devon was awarded an Outstanding Soloists award.
