Beginning adult piano lessons are a fun way to enjoy the hobby of playing music. Creative Music Adventures offers group piano classes for beginning-level adult students or individual lessons.

Classes focus on basic musicianship skills that include reading, technique, playing by ear and rhythm. The classes provide a well-rounded base so students can eventually be proficient in many styles of music or focus on one particular area. This is also a fun and social way to learn to play piano. You will be together with other students on the same level and can share ideas and inspiration with others.

Private lessons allow a more focused approach towards the content of the lessons.  Students with prior experience may want to focus on building repertoire, learning to improvise, playing jazz or popular music, composing or even develop their teaching skills.

A phone or personal interview will usually be sufficient in determining whether group or private lessons will be best for your situation.

It is important to keep in mind that once the schedule is set for the lessons, you will be responsible for attending each session.  Our teachers have demanding schedules and attendance is very important so their time is respected.  The tuition reserves the time designated for lessons, it does not reserve a certain amount of lessons to be arbitrarily scheduled.

If you feel the schedule will be difficult for you to keep, then we have online lessons that allow you to work from home whenever your schedule allows.
