The Guitar lessons focus on developing a working knowledge of all contemporary music styles. Students will learn important progressions, repertoire, improvisation skills, guitar technique, sight reading, ear training, theory, composition and accompaniment techniques. The goal of these lessons is to teach the student to play popular styles of music on guitar. A personal interview is required before starting the lessons. Emphasis on different styles can be requested at the personal interview (eg. Blues, Rock, Jazz, Alternative, etc...).
